- We fail to deliver the service within the committed timeframe, with no extension mutually agreed upon.

- Domain registration & hosting fees
- Third-party paid plugins/tools
- Completed and delivered phases
- Client-approved milestones or designs
4. Refund Request Process
To initiate a refund, contact us at support@bitseva.in within 7 days of service delivery or issue. We will respond within 3–5 working days after evaluating your request.
5. Mode of Refund
Approved refunds will be issued via the original payment method or bank transfer. Refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days depending on your payment gateway or bank.
